Home Search

• Pre-departure contact with client, for assessment of specified housing requirements, and also to organize the logistics for home finding exercise

• Arrival information kit, which includes local area map, information on local amenities, general information on the city of relocation, any other relevant information

• Briefing client/family on arrival, on housing, transportation, security, commuting to schools and place of work, local amenities, shopping areas, etc

• Accompanied viewing of shortlisted properties, that meet the specified housing requirements as per the brief provided by the client

• Negotiation on lease terms, facilitation of preparation of lease deed, including advice on initial payments, transfer of utilities, installation of telephones, cooking gas connections and other amenities as required

• Assessment of any pre-move refurbishment or repairs and verification to ensure the execution of the same, arranging property inspection and property condition report for client, overseeing of any related issues
